Overview

Mosaic Living is a collection of rental properties designed with the same care as Mosaic’s ownership homes. We were asked to create a photo and video suite that would reflect this quality, while offering their team adaptable, evergreen marketing assets across properties and seasons.

+ Photography and lifestyle video assets for digital platforms, leasing materials, and internal brand use

+ A library of quick-turn lifestyle and portrait shots across multiple Mosaic Living properties

Approach

Working within tight timelines, we embraced a nimble production style that favoured natural light, small crews, and lived-in moments. We leaned into real gestures, soft movement, and vignettes of routine to communicate warmth without staging. Interiors were styled for character, inviting prospective tenants to imagine daily life with ease.
