Overview

Grayson is a Mosaic development in Coquitlam designed for young professionals returning home. We created a narrative that followed two expressive individuals moving with energy, gathering friends, and returning to quiet. The space was treated as a subtle participant in their pace.

WHAT WE MADE

Short lifestyle film for web, digital campaign, and sales collateral

Approach

With a younger, design-aware audience in mind, we filmed with wide frames and natural light to highlight spatial flow. The home was treated as a third character, grounding both social energy and private calm. Despite working within a show home, we crafted authenticity through movement, intentional angles, and lived-in styling.
